Ellen has a wealth of knowledge of working within the financial sector, and a founder member of St. James’s Place Wealth Management, (SJP). She has worked with all levels of the organisation within HQ and with business owners.

Ellen is highly respected and has built-up an extensive network and relationships within and outside the sector.

Ellen takes a vision and makes it reality through sound strategy development. She intuitively sees the threads of opportunity through an organisation and, brings them together into a coherent business advantage.

She is an inspirational leader who inspires action including mentoring.  Ellen is passionate about knowledge sharing, change management and takes an active role in woman in business. Ellen is also a Trustee of a local charity.

Joseph Olutunmogun CEng, MACostE, FIChemE

Co-Founder and Technical Director

Joseph is a Chartered Chemical Process Engineer with varied global experience and in-depth knowledge within the energy sector. He has expertise on “clean” power generation and renewable energy.

He is a Fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers and Chartered member of the Association of Cost Engineers. Joseph is also a member of Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.

Joseph has been working within the financial sector since 2015, and experienced in equity/forex markets, modelling techniques and analytics to aid in the decision-making process for investing.  During this time, he has built up a wealth of knowledge and practical experience in applying portfolio construction strategies to target specific, client objectives and risk profile.

He has been proactively developing investment frameworks and processes to enable the scalable design of bespoke fund portfolios.

With a background in environmental and sustainability, Joseph is passionate in Environmental Social Governance (ESG) investing and policies.He is motivated by working with businesses to share his process/analytical mind-set towards financial wellbeing.  He is also involved in community engagement providing local secondary school workshops on renewables and sustainable development.
